Bison Meat

Our all-natural farm-raised Bison roam on large pastures in Colorado, Northern New Jersey and Eastern Canada. This meat is lower in saturated fat compared to beef, is rich with essential fatty acids and contains an excellent ratio of Omega-3 to Omega-6 acids. Considered America's original red meat, Bison meat has a slightly sweeter taste to beef, and is a great source of nutrients including selenium, iron, vitamin B6, niacin, and zinc.

  • Bison fits both the dietary recommendations of the American Heart Association and the American Diabetes Associations as a lean and healthy protein! This meat can be substituted for any beef recipes. We recommend cooking Bison to medium rare due to its lean characteristics.
  • Our Bison are a hormone and antibiotic free program, referred to as a “Never-Ever”. These animals have never been administered hormones or antibiotics.
