North American Elk

Our all natural, pasture-raised North American Elk has a similar flavor to beef. Rich in iron and minerals, Elk contains more protein than beef. A great red meat alternative, Elk meat is tender and low in both fat and cholesterol. Due to it's lean characteristics, we recommend cooking Elk meat to medium rare.

  • Our North American Elk are 100% hormone and antibiotic free, referred to as a “Never-Ever” program. The animals have never been administered hormones or antibiotics.
