Yep that's right! Do yourself a favor and order at least two packs of these. We like ours cooked to medium rare and enjoy!
Delicious, tender, and juicy I have made them and instead of any buns, I use sauteed, portobello mushrooms as the buns and they just add another layer of deliciousness.

A simple burger recipe is made great by substituting your traditional beef, angus beef, or bison with these yak burgers. I cooked these burgers in a pan with just enough butter to grease the pan, and put them on cheap (~$1.50 for a pack) white buns. It was a challenge to ration these out over a week. I will definitely be buying these again as part of my usual shipment.
My kids love burgers. I almost didn't tell them they were eating Yak, but I did, and they LOVED them!!! I just ordered more. They keep asking when we will have it again. I love there are no antibiotics used in the meat too!!
