Our Semi-Boneless Quail still have the leg and wing bones on. We have removed the rib cage for the ease of stuffing, cooking and eating. The Quail has a rich, tender and juicy flavor profile. We recommend using one of our awesome flavored sausages to make sausage stuffing. Stuff the Semi-Boneless Quail, pan sear on all sides and then finish in the oven. Makes a great presentation for a dinner party!
