Our Ground Antelope is pure meat and we never add any fillers. This Ground Antelope is a blend of 5% fat and is 95% lean. With 3% Grass-Fed Ground Beef added, this blend is great for meatballs, burgers, meat loaf and more!
Fossil Farms sources wild Nilgai Antelope from the abundant ranchland and hill country of South Texas. These animals forage on native grasses, seeds and fruit, giving the meat a mild venison-like flavor. Nilgai Antelope is naturally up to 97% lean, and low in cholesterol and calories, making it packed with healthy nutrition.
The product is harvested in the field and processed into primal cuts on site in mobile USDA facilities. We then dry age the product on the bone for 12-18 days, adding incredible tenderness, flavor and consistency.
