We like to think of the Tomahawk Ribeye as the King of All Steaks.  Also known as an Axehandle Ribeye or simply a Bone In Ribeye, this is the largest fabrication of any Ribeye and has a large rib bone connected to a delicious, marbled steak.  Our All-Natural, Pasture Raised Bison Tomahawks are full of protein and essential micronutrients while being lower in fat and cholesterol than traditional beef.  The flavor is mineral-rich with a sweet finish.  Each steak is approximately 26-28 oz each, so it’s large enough to share, although you may not want to - It will certainly be the star of the grill!

THE BISON TOMAHAWK STEAK IS GREAT

Big! Tender! Tasty! What more could you want, From a steak? These are so good off the grill! The steaks will definitely satisfy the most demanding person!

cooked them in a frying pan with a little olive oil, pepper, garlic salt, seared both sides, cooked them to a medium rare, i`m not big on the frying pan, as i prefer the weber, but i gotta say, i could get use to the frying pan, old wagner! damn good steak! looking forward to another meal, as i bought 4! and will be buying more in the future!

Bison Tomahawk was one of the best steaks we've ever had. Cooked it on the Green Egg and came out phenomenal. My 8 year old and 11 year old ate all the meat right off the bone!
