Top quality

The venison steaks were awsome. I cooked them rare with salt and pepper. No gamey taste and I will definitely buy them again.

Venison Porter House T-bone, His v Her opinion.... we shared our first piece

Her opinion: Did not like the initial slime feel but washed it off before cooking. Probably a required by law preservative, but would have given 5 stars. It was tasty, not gamey, actually could not tell if it was venison or another meat and was virtually no fat. Will buy again.
His opinion: Did not care for it. Did not taste like venison and probably due to the different type of deer. Would rather have a different cut of meat.

Finally Game Meat in DC

Since moving to DC hunting trips have been in short supply. I’m glad I found fossil farms and their venison options. The porter house was delicious and came frozen in perfect portions. We will be ordering again!
