Excellent Service great selection

Repeat customer, love the products. I wish you had recommended recipes for the different meats however, I’m not going to call so I research on line but would be very helpful.

Elk Medallions, Bison Steaks

Ordered for Holidays - great phone support - Both meats were exactly as described (on phone and on website) and delicious! Meat came individually frozen with plenty of ice packs in a shipping cooler -meat was frozen solid after two days of travel. I will definitely order from Fossil Farms again in the near future!

Elk Medallions

Very smooth and silky texture to Elk, but considering the cost I'm probably better serving my tastebuds with a Flank or Chuck piece of Beef properly Sous Vided ( if that's a word). Wild boar was awesome in flavor, which I believe came in the same order, and was probably the best tasting pork I've sous vided to date in my 56 years of walking this side of the grass.
