T. it was very delicious! the breast is sort of like the meat of a quail and the wings & legs are sort of like chicken wings. The first time i ever tried squab was from Fossil Farms. had wanted to try it for a long time but as you can imagine, it's hard to find. For this tasty delicacy, it's definitely worth the every penny of the pricetag.
