The bison tomahawk steaks were absolutely delicious!! So lean and tasty , had an almost sweet taste-they were so thick and tender- I ate right to the bone-

I always buy Tomahawk steaks when I can. I love that exotic big bone, a look apart from the ordinary to look at and chew on. A Tomahawk from a Bison takes it to the next level. The meat was perfect
looking at medium rare, reverse sear, perhaps not as tender as a prime American Angus beef steak but there is more to talk about with these and a memorable experience! I prefer the boneless bison ribeye but they are thinner. I like my steaks 2" thick, cooked with the reverse sear method on wood.
