I marinated it for two days, and it turned out pretty well. It wasn’t a super tender piece of meat, but I believe I got about what I was expecting or better. The flavor was good after marinating, and there was plenty of meat in the cut.
Antelope <br> Osso Buco
We did this using the grill as our slow cooker. It was amazing. The antelope is very lean and doesn’t have that strong, gamey taste that some meats retain. Even better than the antelope burgers.

I purchased various meats as a Birthday gift for my son. What a hit! He loved it! They have tried two of the meats so far and it was all thumbs up on the delicious flavor and excellent quality!
