Excellent wild boar salami

Not very pleased with the rabbit I bought. I had a great recipe but it did not come out the way I thought it would. Not sure if I would order again. Glenn

Too Salty!

The sausage is delicious, but it has way too much salt in it -- definitely steals the show from the wild boar meat.

It wasn't what I thought I was buying but I will say that it was really good. I sliced it thin and brought it ice fishing. The guys loved it!
