Fossil Farm's Yak Skirt Steak is great grilled, pan seared and, believe it or not, braised. This extremely versatile meat, in our opinion, is best for the grill! For the most tender eating experience, cook to medium rare, slice into 4 or 5 inch pieces and then slice again, long ways into strips, cutting against the grain. To eliminate having any Yak Skirt Steak left over, try serving with rice and beans, for a meal that will not last past the dinner hour!
