The burgers are very tasty, solid meat and huge!! They take a little longer to cook on the grill, but well worth it, and just because they are wild boar, they do not taste like pork. This is my second time buying wild boar and we really like it. I served the burgers with mustard and carmelized onions, no ketchup.. Will definitely be back for more
