Annual Farm Dinner Series:
In the spirit of making connections amongst one another, our communities, and our environment through food, the Fossil Farms Market and Kitchen team hosts an annual farm dinner series up on The Hill at Roaming Acres Farm in Lafayette, New Jersey, from June through September.
Each dinner is curated around a specific theme and is prepared over live fire, utilizing seasonal ingredients and Fossil Farms’ selection of all natural meat and farm raised game, of course!
Upon arriving, enjoy a complimentary cocktail hour with passed hors d’oeuvres while our chefs begin preparing your multi-course dinner menu.
After dessert, take a seat around the fire in our Adirondack chairs, watch the setting sun, and take in the panoramic views of Sussex county.
Our Annual Farm Dinner Series is yet another way to experience the integral quality of our products, the uniqueness of our brand, and the TLC we put into everything that passes through our hands.

Chefs AJ Capella (Summit House) and Bianca Concepcion & Jeff Galan (Fossil Farms) will join forces to create an inspired menu featuring game meats prepared in unexpected ways.
