Our Summer Solstice Bourbon Bonfire was an unforgettable evening of food, fire, community, and celebration. We are so grateful to everyone who shared the table with us, raised a glass with us, and helped make this year’s dinner such a special experience.

Game Dinner Collaborations:

Our game dinner collaborations are the perfect way to explore the unique flavors of game meats. These events bring together a community of food enthusiasts and feature creative dishes crafted by talented chefs—friends of Fossil Farms. Whether you’re new to game meats or a seasoned foodie, these dinners offer incredible food, inspiring conversations, and meaningful connections.

9.22.25 - GAME DINNER AT SUMMIT HOUSE | 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM 

We’re kicking off the season with a special four–course game dinner in collaboration with our friends at Summit House in Summit, NJ. Chefs AJ Capella (Summit House) and Bianca Concepcion & Jeff Galan (Fossil Farms) will join forces to create an inspired menu featuring game meats prepared in unexpected ways.  Space is limited—reserve your seat at the table.

$75/per guest | Wine & Cocktails Available For Purchase
Reservation cut–off: Friday, September 19th at noon

10.14.25 - THE WILD GAME DINNER AT VIAGGIO | 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM 

We’re kicking off the season with a special five–course game dinner in collaboration with our friends at Viaggio in Wayne, NJ. Chefs Felix Gonzalez (Viaggio & Osteria Crescendo), Meichan Saechao (Viaggio), Matthew McCormick (Viaggio), and Bianca Concepcion & Jeff Galan (Fossil Farms) will join forces to create an inspired menu featuring game meats prepared in unexpected ways. Space is limited—reserve your seat at the table.

$99/per guest | Limited Tickets

Red Horse Steakhouse by David Burke and Fossil Farms join forces for a one-night-only Wild Game 5-Course Dinner — a culinary experience where flavor and education meet.Enjoy an evening of chef-crafted dishes highlighting premium, sustainably sourced game meats, paired with conversation, cooking insights, and stories from the Fossil Farms team. From sourcing to preparation, you’ll get an inside look at what makes wild game so unique.

 Join us for a laid-back summer evening filled with farm-to-table flavor and community vibes.
The Fossil Farms Cookout is a classic neighborhood-style event held right outside our Market & Kitchen.
