Shipping policy

Which carrier do you use?
Our products are shipped via UPS. We strongly recommend that you send your package to a work address or arrange for someone to be at your house to receive your package, to avoid spoilage. UPS does not require a signature for your package, so it will be left on your doorstep if you are not at home.

When are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday. For same day processing, orders must be received by 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. All orders received after 12:00 pm will be processed the next business day. Orders that require a two-day travel time will ship out Monday through Wednesday only. THERE ARE NO SATURDAY, SUNDAY OR MONDAY DELIVERIES.

How is my order packed?
Our products are carefully packed in insulated coolers with reusable ice packs for travel. Great to re-use when transporting food! Packages are intended to keep products cold for 48 hours. Depending upon where you live, Overnight or Two-Day Air may be required for your package to arrive in optimal condition.

Are your products shipped fresh or frozen?
In order to maximize the integrity of our products, many items are flash frozen once packaged. This ensures quality and consistency during transit. If you are interested in purchasing fresh products only, please contact our customer service department at 973-917-3155.
