This was my first time having rabbit, even though I’ve been all around the world and have eaten many different animals to include camel, this was delicious. We put it in the crockpot and cooked it all day, and it turned out beautiful. The meat looked beautiful. thank God. I already went ahead and purchased two at one time and the next one we will smoke, I would say that it taste a little bit like chicken and pork!
Very satisfied on how everything went smoothly. Excellent communication with all the updates. Wild boar was delicious. Didn’t disappoint at all. We all loved it.
always tender and full of flavor! it's one of my favorites from fossil farms!
The star of my Mardi Gras sausage bites - no leftovers.
The elk flank is great, I have ordered it a few times and will continue to order it. It has great flavour, perfectly trimmed, and versatile to prepare different dishes. I would recommend this to anyone who loves beef flank and is looking to switch it up.
Way better than beef and even bison
My wife had never tried alligator before so I ordered up a 1Lb package to use for Super Bowl Sunday festivities to see how she liked it. I cut them up into roughly 1 inch pieces, dredged them in flour, egg wash and a seasoned panko style bread crumbs and fried them up for a couple of minutes each in a cast iron skillet with a little olive oil.
The results where fantastic. My wife was very happily surprised by how it tasted and she's now a confirmed 'gator lover.
1 pound was the perfect size since we had a number of other things included in the spread too. There were leftovers of everything...except the 'gator!
I plan to order some more as this has now entered our regular dinner rotation.
I prepared the ribs in a red wine and beef broth recipe. Dutch oven for 3 hours at 325 degree oven. Meat fell off the bone in a hearty vegtable gravy. Delicious! 🙂
Not kidding when I say the only red meat in my kitchen is wild game. It's the only red meat in my diet. Some of the best meats require a bit of attention, a process I love while in my kitchen. I prefer low and slow techniques to render the most flavorful and easy to eat, (chew), not mention getting incredible tallow and bone stock.
Delivered frozen, thawed, opened and as fresh as can be. Followed Fossil Farm recipe for Bison Chili and made for Super Bowl Sunday. Everyone loved it. Also made Elk chile a few months back. Fresh and delicious
Only other kind of breasts better than Pekin Duck breast are human breasts, but not to eat.
