These free-roaming Nicholas breed birds are raised locally to us in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and are fed a vegetarian diet of corn, rye, oats, alfalfa, and soybean meal, sourced from local farms.
Our all-natural, gourmet turkeys are raised to the specifications of the “Never Ever Program,” where antibiotics, hormones, and steroids are never used. Fossil Farms’ Turkey is carefully processed by hand, producing a consistently tender, moist, and flavorful product every time!
*Turkeys sometimes take three or more business days to process, prior to shipping. Whole Turkeys might be delivered frozen outside of the month of November.
All orders needed to be delivered during the week of Thanksgiving MUST be shipped via UPS Next Day Air. We strongly recommend selecting a delivery date between 11/17 – 11/20 to avoid any shipping delays.
