Turkey Whole Bird

The two 15lb turkeys arrived on time, frozen and welll packaged. The turkeys cooked up perfectly with nice turkey flavor. One was roasted on a counter top oven and the other was spatchcocked and smoked on a Komado. This is my goto Thanksgiving turkey.

Probably the best flavored turkey we have ever had

My turkey was scheduled for delivery 11/21. When I tracked it on the UPS App, I saw it was delivered to their Florida location not far from me in plenty of time, but as I kept tracking UPS shipment they said was out for delivery, it never arrived. By 8:00pm on the delivery date they changed it to be delivered on November 24. I emailed Fossil Farms over that weekend and Monday they called me right away and said they would immediately re-send my order overnight!! And they did and turkey arrived on time. Hey UPS, these were perishable items, and even though I traced the truck again on the 24th and it was right around the corner from us, they never delivered first order. Hmmm, what happened on that truck? Their app finally said shipment was destroyed and discarded. Again Fossil Farms was very responsive and pro-active. The turkey was delicious as is their elk meat.
