Fine for grilling after an hour or so of marinating in red wine, olive oil, lemon juice, and Italian seasoning. Very tender and just delicious. We grill to 140’ internal temp.
One of the best tasting lean meats I've ever enjoyed. I will be buying this again and highly recommend it.

The strip steak was delicious. Used nothing but some oil salt and pepper and cooked to a medium rare. Tender and succulent.

I find the taste of the duck breast almost as good as fresh, and a LOT less expensive. Wonderful taste, produces its own fat for cooking. Great recipes online. Do not over cook- it will get tough.
I was searching for a pre trimmed packer angus brisket when I came across the Fossil Farms web site . I did some research on them and was quite pleased and felt I could trust them to deliver what they promised. I was absolutely correct! The quality was beyond my expectations and it was beautifully trimmed! I injected it , dry rubbed it and then smoked it for about 13 hours and Let it rest in my igloo cooler! The results were overwhelmingly EXCELLENT !!! My family and friends that came over for Labor Day RAVED about the Great Taste, Tenderness and the JUICINESS and Quality of the Brisket !!!!!! It all wouldn’t have been POSSIBLE without the SUPERIOR cut of BRISKET from FOSSIL FARMS !!! Thanks to Everyone at Fossil Farms !! I’ll certainly be ordering more !!!

OMG!!! This item was "THE BOMB"!!!! Went over fantastically, even after the "ribbing" I got about the size of the ribeye! BOTH my guests were able to take some home & I've been getting "reports" from them that the ribeye was STILL as FANTASTIC as when it was originally served!! In fact, I even made-up meals for myself and have them in the freezer. I've had one of them, so far, and it tastes JUST as GOOD as the day it was originally cooked! SO TENDER, JUST LIKE THE DAY IT WAS COOKED!! Cooking this to mid-rare is THE BEST WAY to serve it! It was originally served, mid-rare, with mashed potatoes, beef gravy and corn on the cob!! A MUST HAVE!!!!! IF I COULD give this 10 stars, I WOULD! Fossil Farms, you've come through AGAIN!!!
