Fossil Farms’ Free Roaming Chicken are raised in open barns with no restriction to range in natural movement, and are never held in cages. Our 100% all natural Chickens are raised in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, where our family owned and operated farm partners do their own breeding, hatching, growing, transportation and processing to ensure that their livestock is humanely raised and processed. Part of the “Never Ever Program,” our Chickens are never given antibiotics, steroids or hormones. The livestock are never fed any animal byproducts and are only given vegetarian feed, sourced from local farms. Each Chicken is carefully processed by hand, producing a moist, tender and flavorful product every time that far exceeds the quality of what you get in the grocery store.
