I didn’t see until the package arrived that it had beef mixed in with it.

Kangaroo sausage review

I bought this and other sausages for my dad's 88th birthday. The kangaroo sausage was tasty, especially for my dad, but I felt there was perhaps a little too much sage in the spices because that was one of the strongest tastes I experienced.

Great service / quality is tops!

My household follows Formula 1 and we prepare themed dishes on race weekends based upon the country the race is held. Season opener this year is Austrailia. The Kangaroo burgers / sausage links were great!! Will be back again for more and try some of Fossil Farms other offerings. A++
