Our Grass-fed Piedmontese Beef Standing Rib Roast makes a perfect centerpiece for your dinner table. This succulent, tender roast features excellent marbling. We remove the chine bone so you can slice through the roast without hitting bone. We also remove the rib bones, then tie them back on with butcher twine to make portioning and slicing easier. Season the rib roast with salt and pepper, then roast until it reaches your preferred doneness. Let the meat rest for about 20 minutes after cooking before slicing and serving.
