I made the Kangaroo Medallions today in the crock pot with carrots, celery, and small potatoes and oh my goodness. It's all gone! Delish and I also made, in another crock pot, the ostrich and that was gone too. Your meats are wonderful and it is so great knowing that I don't have to deal with fake colors, antiobiotics, etc.....that could harm me. Thank you for being the great company that you are and we will be back and back again.

Having not had ostrich steak before we tried it and it is a 'keeper' Juicy, excellent taste, made it in the air fryer and you could slice it with a butter knife. That's why we keep coming back.

Rabbit Sausage with White Wine, Chicken & Bacon
These rips are so lean but very tasty without the fat. I used a rub and placed them in the fridge for two night. Then smoked them for about 5 hours wrapping them in tin foil for the last hour with a little Guinness to help steam them. Wow they are tasty.
