100% All Natural Whole Goose! Our family-owned and operated farm partners do their own Whole Goose breeding, hatching and growing to ensure that the Geese are humanely raised. Fossil Farms 100% all-natural, free roaming Geese are raised in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Part of the “Never Ever Program,” our Geese are never given antibiotics, steroids or hormones. They are never fed any animal byproducts, only farm-local vegetarian feed. Goose meat is darker and has a more intense flavor than turkey. The Whole Goose skin, similar to duck, renders while cooking, making the meat juicy and tender.

You guys are awesome!

I ordered a goose and some sausages. you were able to combine my order to fit within one box to save me shipping costs and they got here on the day in they were supposed to. Honestly I don't know what kind of freezer you have but that goose was frozen rock hard took 4 days to thaw. I will be using you guys again. thank you

Whole Goose - Fantastic

We made a Christmas Goose in 2024, for the first time. The quality was superb, so much so that a novice was able to pull off the roast. 5/5 for Fossil Farms, and we also ordered some elk flank steak that was delicious as well. We highly recommend buying from this place.

Wonderful quality; used the whole bird

I was able to use the whole bird — giblets, bones, all skin and fat, and of course the meat. Wonderful flavor and quality.
