My new favorite Charcuterie addition

Well made and strong warm spice elements, definitely a flavor bomb. Would recommend along side some neutral cheeses and perhaps flavored honey..

Strong flavor

The flavor of the sausage was a little too fruit-like for my taste. Definitely the influence of the bourbon infusion. It wasn't to my liking, but my wife and friends devoured the entire salami in a single game night
