Wonderful, Rich, Mouth-filling, Toothsome--Also, Quite Spicy as in Hot.

This is a really great sausage, with a rich ducky flavor and lots of umami. Be warned, though, that it's quite spicy. As a younger man, I doted on spicy food. You could hardly get it too hot for me. As I've aged, I've become less enamored of high spice-generated heat, and if you are too, you might be wary. I like to make a breakfast hash of chorizo sausage, onions, bell peppers, and sweet potato cubes. This chorizo overpowered the other ingedients a bit. It still seems to me a superior product.
