So I bought some ground elk and some buffalo hanger steaks. Ordering was easy on line and it came with in a couple of days even between Christmas and New Year’s. Really fresh and delicious. I used some spices to make elk sausage crumbles for a pizza topping, and excellent, huge hit. I marinated the hangers in oil and vinegar for an hour then grilled outside, awesome! It was the first time ever having elk for my wife and me and we loved it. We made burgers and meatballs out of them and every bite was as good as the next. I’ll definitely be a frequent buyer
