Perfect alternative to ground beef. Less fat content so it’s noticeable, but I prefer now instead.

I am new to using a lot of meats from Fossil Farms, but this product was very easy for me to use in dishes. There is a bit of a trade-off in higher calories and saturated fats than the regular ground elk - but this has higher protein and nutrients.

I don't know if I could really taste the heart and liver. Maybe some day I will try the two side by side.

This will be a product I will return to in the future. Easy to prepare, good tasting, a lot of protein and nutrients.

I was encouraged into an animal based diet due to a prediabetes health situation. I’m a blood type B and wild game like elk and deer are highly beneficial for me. These aren’t readily available meats at most grocery stores so I found Fossil Farm! The meat is affordable and great quality. I have 18 blood glucose points to go and I will be in normal blood sugar range.
