Bite of Bison

This package is for all the Bison lovers out there! A fantastic red meat alternative to Beef, it is lean, flavorful, and higher in minerals and nutrients. These products are easy to cook, and can be prepared the same way you'd prepare a similar cut in beef. Be careful not to overcook your flank and strip steaks, as they are lean and will take less time to prepare than a traditional beef cut. The short ribs, however, can be braised, smoked, or slow roasted for a tender, succulent meal.
