Wild Boar Burgers

The burgers are very tasty, solid meat and huge!! They take a little longer to cook on the grill, but well worth it, and just because they are wild boar, they do not taste like pork. This is my second time buying wild boar and we really like it. I served the burgers with mustard and carmelized onions, no ketchup.. Will definitely be back for more

Amazing everytime and I have bought a bunch.

So far, I've enjoyed everything from Fossil Farms. The boar burgers are no exception. While not as flavorful as the boar sausage, they're still a nice change from traditional beef burgers. A slice of red onion complements them nicely.

Wild boar burgers are one of my favorite. Love the flavor. They are very healthy. Great change of pace to get a variety of animal proteins in your diet.
