The Berkshire Pork Frenched Rib Rack is a premium cut from heritage breed pigs known for exceptional marbling and flavor. Our butchers expose the bones for an elegant table presentation that makes this rack a centerpiece-worthy dish.

Each full rack contains 8 to 10 bones and provides generous servings for 8 to 10 people. This cut is ideal for special occasions, holiday dinners, or Sunday gatherings. The rack can be roasted whole or cut into individual chops, each featuring a tender pork loin attached to a frenched bone.

Average weight: 6-8 lbs. Arrives frozen.

Fantastic Flavor

Great flavor never dry. Cook them in the air fryer come out nice and crispy. Chops are clean tasting and much better than any store bought or meat markets in our area.

The way pork use to taste

I haven't had pork with flavor for almost 50 years. I was transported back in time with the delicious flavor and beautiful pink color of this pork. It's a bit pricey for my budget, but I make it work. Quality real food is worth it.
