
We like to think of the Tomahawk Ribeye as the King of All Steaks. Also known as an Axehandle Ribeye or simply a Bone In Ribeye, this is the largest fabrication of any Ribeye and has a large rib bone connected to a delicious, marbled Ribeye. Our All-Natural, Pasture Raised Bison Tomahawks are full of protein and essential micronutrients while being lower in fat and cholesterol than traditional beef. The flavor is mineral rich with a sweet finish. Each steak is approximately 26-28 oz each, so it’s large enough to share, although you may not want to - It will certainly be the star of the grill!
