Grass-fed Wagyu Beef Strip Steak, also called New York Strip, comes from the short loin and offers a well-marbled cut. This 13 oz. steak combines Wagyu marbling with grass-fed farming practices.
The strip steak has a fine grain and rich marbling throughout, which creates a buttery texture when cooked. The cut arrives trimmed and ready to cook straight from the package.
For best results, bring the steak to room temperature before cooking. Season it with salt and pepper, then sear it in a hot pan or grill it over high heat. Cook it to medium-rare (130–135°F internal temperature) for optimal texture, and let it rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.
Use strip steak for grilling, pan-searing, or broiling. Wagyu genetics add more marbling compared to conventional beef.
