I just love everything Wild Boar , , , ,

I smoked this on my Traeger with Pecan and Cherry pellets for 4 hours. Used my secret rub. And finished it BBQ sauce. Really, really good. Just make sure to put cross cuts in the meat. Go Wild Boar. And Go Bison. And Go Duroc Pork.

I put the belly on smoker and cooked for hours. It was delicious as were the bison, elk, kangaroo and yak I will order again I loved it Charles M

This boar belly has become one of my favorite items! I've bought 3 so far, and they have never disappointed. I love these for making chasu (Japanese-style braised pork belly). So much more flavor than any traditional pork belly I've tried.
