Bison Flank Steak | 1.25 Lbs.

So Good ......

I marinated the Bison Flank Steak in a Teriyaki Sauce & Glaze, sweet soy with sesame, garlic and ginger. I put cross cuts on both sides, and marinated for over 24 hours. I smoked it on my Traeger first using pecan and apple pellets. I finished over Royal Oak charcoal in my Weber kettle. It was amazing. Even my Mother-In-Law approved :) Bison is one of our favorites.

Not for me

I tried two types of Bison Steaks - I did not like either. It could be my own preference.
