NZ Venison Stew Meat | 1 Lb.

We made a great German stew with the Venison, and we had a great meal. I am new to Fossil Farms, but I'll be a repeat customer. They had a quick delivery and great packaging.

This is so yummy! I season and pan seared it with seasonings and butter then add bone broth and slow cook for 2 hrs on the stove. Sometimes I add sweet potato and carrots. My hubby and 4 kids including my one year old fully approve!

The New Zealand venison is really good tasting high quality meat. The stew meat cooked up tender and delicious. My only complaint is the packaging for shipping. It was mostly defrosted and dripping meat juice upon arrival but still cold so I had to rush into cooking it right away. I really wish Fossil Farms would use dry ice instead of gel freezer packs.
