Maria Onofrietti The New Zealand venison is really good tasting high quality meat. The stew meat cooked up tender and delicious. My only complaint is the packaging for shipping. It was mostly defrosted and dripping meat juice upon arrival but still cold so I had to rush into cooking it right away. I really wish Fossil Farms would use dry ice instead of gel freezer packs.

HC I made venison texas chilli with the venison stew meat, pressure canned what my family and I had left over. It was fantastic. Great flavor. Great texture. Very tender. Will definitely be order again in the future.
