1st time cooking Moulard duck and my wife loves it.
I bought 5 more for future cooking.
I wanted something different.
I ain’t no chef but with the power of the internet and “you tube”, it came out great.
I did make gravy from the drippings and that came out great too.
The Moulard Duck Breast was excellent, as usual. It made a nice, lean, flavorful bacon.
Coated in five spice and made a sour cherry sauce. Delicious.
