Very good confit, but wish the legs came with duck fat in each bag.

When, in a pinch, and I don't have the time to make my own duck legs confit, I order them online. These duck legs confit are very good, don't get me wrong, but I do wish the legs came with duck fat included in each bag (per leg). I am used to them being sent this way, so was a bit taken aback when the legs did not include the fat. I always have it on hand, but always like when my legs come immersed in it.

A favorite

Moist, not overly fatty, excellent flavor. Easy to serve as an entree salad with mixed greens, candied pecans, and balsamic vinaigrette.
