Terrific Flightless Flavor

Ostrich is one of my favorite meats. Cooks fast on high heat. It takes longer to pre heat the grill than it does to grill it. Slightly sweeter than beef, with a soft texture. My go to meat when I feed newbies meat other than beef.

You can make a great steak sandwich with these ostrich fillets. Just remember they cook much faster than a regular beef steak and you definitely don't want to overcook them.
