I never had Ostrich before and it's not what I expected (in a good way!). The meat had great flavor and texture.

A New Favorite

We had the ostrich fillets yesterday and the meat was great. I grilled them which was likely a mistake as skillet cooking will do a better job with these cuts. Next time!
