Whole Rabbit | 3 lbs.

Gave Fossil a trial run with 2 whole rabbits for labor day weekend smoker and bbq meal. turned out great. had fresh rosemary sprigs and a nice citrus marinade that I could let these sit while at the beach. Rabbit had lots of meat and 2 of them fed me and my wife for a 3 days. Fossil provided the gibblets (liver and some other small bits) and I made a great mushroom gravy with them for an additional side dish for other meals. A little more expensive than hunting the wild ones but I didn't have to spend hours tracking, dispatching, and cleaning them so easy day at the beach cooking. Fossil Farms has a great selection of a variety of meats. My next try will probably be alligator. My wife is cajun and is looking for a fun whole alligator event.

Starting from the begin of this order being placed throughout the whole process. We didn't just ordered the whole rabbit but Hinds leg thighs, alligator tenderloin and the rabbit sausages but the casing we dislike, but the sausage it's was perfectly seasoned, we peeled the casing off, it's hard to digests, but everything tastes amazingly delicious and meaty. Customer service it was superb we were impressed how everything was perfectly packaged, sealed and shipped. Definitely will be reordering soon. Thank you.
