Donald Brock This was my first time having rabbit, even though I’ve been all around the world and have eaten many different animals to include camel, this was delicious. We put it in the crockpot and cooked it all day, and it turned out beautiful. The meat looked beautiful. thank God. I already went ahead and purchased two at one time and the next one we will smoke, I would say that it taste a little bit like chicken and pork!
