I purchased Fossil farm meat from a local store here in South FL.
It was so good. I made the most amazing authentic Tibetian Momo. This recipe traditionally calls for Yak. However its tricky to find so usually Bison or ground sirloin is substituted. I was so excited when I found this.
It turned out so great and tastes so much more authentic and traditional with "the real thing".
I'll keep buying more of your products of exotic meats.
