After initially being disappointed that the cutlets were substituted for the stew meat, I kept an open mind and tried them out. Prepared by dipping in egg followed by covering with Aleia's gluten free italian style bread crumbs. Laid flat in Pyrex baking dish glazed with olive oil and placed in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes each side. They were indeed delicate, juicy and delicious and have now become a regular item on my Fossil Farm orders.
I absolutely loved the antelope cutlets. They were so flavorful and tender. I just put in another order for more.
Not a lot of flavor and “interesting texture.”
I made these in my air fryer and they came out wonderfully juicy and tasty. I used a little Adobo on them and that's all the seasoning they needed.
Cutlets were tender and very tasty. I was not aware that the cutlets were cubed, which made it tender and cook quicker. Will be ordering more
