Pleasant flavor

I was very pleased to find I liked the well-rounded flavor of the antelope I ordered recently. It is mild enough for my taste yet not bland. I was also pleasantly surprised that it did not cause an allergic response in my system like so many other foods. I am a very allergic person, so much so that I must find foods that are rare to my system and do not cause inflammatory responses. The antelope was on my list to try, and I truly am enjoying it. It does not taste too wild or "gamey." Although it is more expensive than most meats, it's worth purchasing for special meals. Thanks to Fossil Farms for their commitment to quality and customer service. You are not just a source for high-quality meats, but you are also a resource for people like me who have to find alternatives to normally-sourced meats. Thanks for shipping cross country to Colorado for this happy customer.

Delicious Antelope

I ordered the ground Antelope on a lark to see what it was like, I don't eat red meat that often but had a taste for a burger. It was really good, like a cleaner lighter finely ground sirloin. I got two batches, the first made made 3 burgers [I ate all 3, I was really hungry, I did not put them on buns, if you were using a bun and cooking for two, it was enough for 2 total big burgers.] I can also imagine using this as filling for pierogi, meatloaf, a fine [not too spicy] chili or tamales, lasagna would be awesome {delicateness of veal, almost}, but not a dish where you smother it with garlic or spices, it is too nice on its own and delicate to do that. I would purchase again for sure.
