These pork chops are ideal for stuffed porkchops,,due to the thickness of cut. However ,I did a butterfly cut ,seasoned,[NO Coating]. You can even fillet it and have two chops.

Goodness these were so incredible. You will see recipes all over the internet for how to make a juicy pork chop. The problem is those supermarket pork chops have had the JUICY bled out of them. Really. The whole "other white meat" campaign. These are from pigs like when I was a kid. Wow. So good. The fat on them is entirely different from what comes out of these chemical pigs nowadays. It is really yummy. One pork chop is a meal for one or even two if you are light meat eaters. I got the fresh ones at the store and they were absolutely unbelievable incredible. I dredged, coated in eggbeater wash and pushed oven fry onto them. They were so good. Wish I could describe.
Best pork chops I have ever eaten. A 5% brine with honey, thyme, peppercorns and sage. Grilled and served with wild mushrooms. I will never be able to eat grocery store chops again...
