
Pork St. Louis Ribs
St. Louis ribs are cut from the spare ribs, trimmed to create a uniform rectangular rack with plenty of meat on the bone. This cut offers a balance of meat and fat that keeps the ribs moist and flavorful during cooking.
These ribs are versatile and work well with various cooking methods. Grill them over indirect heat, smoke low and slow for hours, or braise until tender. They take well to both dry rubs and sauces. For a sweet twist, try glazing with peach or apricot during the final stages of cooking.
Each rack weighs approximately 2.5-3 lbs and arrives frozen.
