Our bison hanger steak is very tender and delicious.  You will see a white connective tissue running down the center of the steak. You can easily remove this tissue by making a shallow "V" cut on either side of the connective tissue. This butchering will result in two nicely sized 8-10oz steaks.  It is then ready to marinate, grill or roast.  

Perfect for a date night or just treating yourself to a delicious meal, these steaks are incredibly rich & versatile in what they pair with. They are delicious with salt & pepper alone, but will also shine with your favorite seasonings, or on a sandwich.

This Bison Hanger Steak is the perfect portion size to feed about 2 people. They cook up quickly, so you can spend more time with your friends and family.

BEST Bison!

I eat ground bison all the time. It's a nice alternative to hamburger. Of course, there's a big difference between hamburger and steak. Still, I was so surprised when I tasted the bison hanger steak! This was one of the most enjoyable pieces of red meat I've ever eaten! Maybe it was the seasoning, I don't know. I dry rubbed the steak with Noble Made Organic Buffalo Seasoning, added some fresh garlic and then pan fried it with some onions added later. Easily prepared and absolutely delicious! The meat was so juicy and the texture was perfect. I'll be ordering more bison hanger steak very soon!

For a great portion of meat that combines flavorful, chewy, tender & juicy all great qualities, the little time spent trimming is absolutely worth it!!

BEST Bison!
